NatureMetrics, a British DNA-based biodiversity monitoring company, has reportedly launched the world's first nature intelligence platform powered by environmental DNA (eDNA).
The platform's key features include the ability to manage portfolios, identify species-related risks, map biodiversity at the site level, measure ecosystem integrity, track biodiversity outcomes, facilitate reporting and communication, and prepare for disclosure by centralizing data in one location.
The platform enables companies to report on their impacts on species and ecosystems as required by nature reporting requirements, such as the Taskforce for Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and the Science-based Targets for Nature (SBTN).
Following successful implementation with beta customers, the platform is now live and operational for all customers.
