The partnership involves developing pilot and industrial tests featuring EVERY EggWhite in Nutresa's alternative meat product line. The binding capability of EVERY EggWhite claims to result in meat analogs similar to animal meat without the need for highly processed binding agents.
Analyst QuickTake: The EVERY EggWhite contains proteins identical to chicken eggs despite being vegan, making the product similar to a chicken's egg in functionality. The EVERY Company has gone one step further from marketing it as an egg alternative to supplying it as a binding agent for plant-based meat developers. This partnership is the second of such initiatives, with the first being a joint development agreement with Alpha Foods.
