Spanish plant-based ice cream company Pink Albatross (formerly Rethink Foods Company) has launched a funding round to raise between EUR 1 and 1.5 million (~USD 1.1 million–1.6 million).
The funding will be for new product development, marketing and sales activities, new hires, and working capital requirements.
Pink Albatross, founded in 2018, develops plant-based ice creams free from animal milk, additives, or preservatives. The company has experienced robust growth in sales and distribution, with its products available in over 2,000 retail outlets in Spain, Portugal, and Germany.
