The solution, powered by an advanced GenAI model called "PaLM-2," aims to enable marketers to explore, understand, and activate data within Zeotap CDP. It offers a conversational interface for audience segmentation, analytics, and customer journey building. Users can describe segmentation criteria in plain language, and Ada translates it into actionable conditions for creating audience segments. It also allows users to activate these audiences for various purposes without requiring a deep understanding of the underlying data structures.
