Membrane Labs, a cryptocurrency trading and lending management platform, has raised USD 20 million in Series A funding from Brevan Howard Digital, Point72 Ventures, Jane Street, QCP Capital, and Two Sigma Ventures, among many others.
The company plans to use the funding to support the development of its trading and settlement infrastructure.
Membrane offers the infrastructure for trade settlement and loan management, providing a collateral management system that enables lenders, borrowers, and derivatives traders to manage cross-margined portfolios of loans and derivatives. Users can customize risk parameters, monitor collateral balances, automate alerts, and manage collateral movements.
