Arctic Wolf to acquire Revelstoke for undisclosed sum

M&A

  • Arctic Wolf, a provider of security operations solutions, has announced plans to acquire Revelstoke, a startup that has developed a security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) platform. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

  • Revelstoke’s SOAR is designed to integrate with other breach detection tools, and Arctic Wolf plans to use these integrations to extend the capabilities of its own platform, specifically to enable the automation of certain cybersecurity tasks, allowing it to detect and respond to breaches more quickly.

  • Revelstoke has developed a low-code SOAR platform, reportedly the only SOAR on the market that is built on a unified data layer (UDL), with additional features such as a drag-and-drop interface and multiple pre-built integrations. The UDL reportedly enables the normalization of data classification, allowing the platform to integrate seamlessly with existing cybersecurity tools.
