Chronic care management company Ventricle Health has raised USD 8 million in a seed funding round led by RA Capital Management, with participation from Waterline Ventures and other investors.
The funds will be used to expand the company's heart failure management therapeutic model in collaboration with value-based care providers and payers.
Founded in 2021 by a group of cardiologists, Ventricle Health offers a virtual platform focused on cardiology care. The value-based care model includes cardiac screening, remote monitoring through an intensive four-month post-discharge program, and longitudinal chronic care management.
