Aindo, a synthetic data generation platform, has raised EUR 6 million (~USD 6.3 million) in a Series A funding round led by United Ventures, with participation from existing investor Vertis SGR. The round brings the company's total funding to EUR 8.9 million (~USD 9.6 million).
It aims to use the fresh funds to add 10 new roles and support the development of its synthetic data generation technology to serve industries such as healthcare, finance, and public administration.
Formed in 2019 and based in Italy, Aindo provides a synthetic data generation platform that can be integrated into data pipelines for testing and training ML models. Its technology is currently being utilized for predictive analysis in rare disease pharmacological therapies to optimize patient care in a hospital setting and to monitor remote healthcare by anticipating potential risk situations.
