Vivun, a sales platform, raised USD 35 million in a Series B funding round led by Menlo Ventures. The round included participation from current investors Accel and Unusual Ventures, and new investors Salesforce Ventures and Atlassian Ventures.
This round follows Vivun’s Series A round of USD 18 million in October 2020 and brings the company's total funding to USD 56 million. The funding proceeds will be allocated toward expanding its product offerings. According to the company, it experienced eightfold growth in ARR over the last fiscal year and tripled its customer base to 45 onboarding clients such as Autodesk, Dell, Cloudera, and Okta.
Vivun offers a software platform known as “Hero,” which allows sales reps to prioritize tasks and manage deals. The platform focuses on presales and using AI techniques to predict the likelihood that a deal will close and provides recommendations on how to close them. In addition, it records customer feedback and provides guidance on what products to develop to meet customer requirements. Vivun’s customer base varies from global companies to startups such as Harness and Fivetran.
