Moreh, a developer of an AI software tool (MoAI) that optimizes and creates AI models, raised USD 22 million in a Series B funding round led by AMD and Korean telco KT. Other participants include Smilegate Investment and Forest Partners.
Moreh plans to use the funding for R&D, product expansion, and hiring additional staff.
The firm also stated that it has been generating revenue since 2021 and targets USD 30 million in revenue by end 2023. The firm currently has 70 employees.
Based in the US and South Korea, Moreh’s focus is on providing solutions for accelerating the development of large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI. Its flagship platform, MoAI, provides the infrastructure needed for developers to develop, train, and serve AI models on GPUs and neural processing units (NPUs) without any code changes. The platform is compatible with a range of machine-learning framworks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Triton.
