Censys, a threat intelligence and exposure management platform, has raised USD 75 million in funding, including a USD 50 million Series C round led by Decibel Partners, with participation from GV, Greylock, Intel Capital, and several new investors, and USD 25 million in debt from SVB Capital. Together, these investments bring Censys' total funding to USD 128.1 million.
The proceeds will be used to accelerate product innovation and development, expand Censys’ workforce, and consolidate its position in the threat intelligence market.
Censys provides a range of tools for public and private sector organizations to monitor internet hosts and vulnerable infrastructure with added context and to monitor, analyze, and manage their internet-facing assets and infrastructure, all powered by a comprehensive database of global internet infrastructure data. The company reported a 130%+ growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR) following its January 2022 Series B.
