Care raises undisclosed amount in investment funding

Funding

  • Switzerland-based primary care provider Care has received an undisclosed investment from National Hockey League player Kevin Fiala. This investment follows a previous investment of CHF 6 million (USD 6.7 million) from professional footballer Yann Sommer in May 2023.

  • The new funds will be used to support the company’s expansion plans in the US. The company plans to open its first US clinic in Miami by January 2024.

  • Founded in 2021, Care specializes in evidence-based preventive care, provides consumers with comprehensive checkups, and allows them to track their health data through its app. The company has operations in Switzerland and the US and employs 50 people, inclusive of medical specialists and health scientists.
