This solution improves communication for Basware's customers by providing clear, consistent, and timely responses while operating within a secure Microsoft Azure environment to prioritize customer data security.
AskMary combines AI capabilities with human input, enabling Basware's customer support team to remain central in customer interactions. It is accessible through an app within Basware's Microsoft Teams platform.
