OpenAI has announced a new platform allowing users to create custom versions of their AI chatbot, ChatGPT.
These AI agents, named “GPTs,” will be available through the GPT Store.
The platform allows each bot to connect to browsing, DALL-E, and OpenAI's Code Interpreter. It enables the addition of custom data for more specific responses and links to external services like Canva and Zapier for data access. These bots can be personalized further with set preferences, auto-naming, and image generation.
Analyst QuickTake: OpenAI claims the new product will increase efficiency for users who previously manually entered detailed instruction sets into the chatbot. By automating these processes, users can benefit from a smooth, individualized experience without the technical challenges of coding.
