Imbue, an AI startup, has entered a USD 150 million deal with Dell to acquire servers for training its in-house foundation models (FMs). These servers, alongside NVIDIA H100 GPUs, form a high-performance computer setup co-designed with Voltage Park for AI development.
The collaborative effort between Imbue, Dell, and Voltage Park has resulted in a computing cluster allowing experimentation on new model architectures. Imbue is using this setup to develop prototype agents capable of code bug correction and analysis of extensive documents.
This partnership is imperative for Dell's aim to delve deeper into AI workloads and for Voltage Park, a specialized AI cloud provider, operating a substantial data center housing thousands of NVIDIA H100 GPUs, strengthening their position in the AI landscape.
