AR work assistance platform Squint raises USD 13 million in Series A funding for product development

  • Squint, an AR work assistance platform, raised USD 13 million in a Series A funding round led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Menlo Ventures.

  • The company will utilize funding to further develop its platform and bolster business growth prospects.

  • Analyst QuickTake: This is the second time this year that Squint raised funding, having previously received USD 6 million in combined pre-seed and seed funding in June 2023 . The short time between funding rounds and the increased level of funding showcased investor confidence in the company’s platform, having garnered customers like Volvo and Siemens. Funds from the round were earmarked to expand its computer vision, AR, and AI projects into new industry sectors.
