The Kraft Heinz Not Company, a joint venture (JV) between leading CPG producer Kraft Heinz and Chilean plant-based company NotCo, has launched Kraft NotMac&Cheese, a plant-based version of Kraft Mac & Cheese, in the US.
Kraft NotMac&Cheese is available in Original and White Cheddar flavors and features a plant-based cheese sauce made using ingredients like fava bean protein and coconut oil powder.
Analyst QuickTake: This is the third product from the Kraft Heinz and NotCo JV, with the previous two being NotCheese American Style plant-based slices and NotMayo . Further, they plan to scale across seven categories and expand globally in 2024.
