Term Structure, a DeFi borrowing and lending platform, has raised USD 4.25 million in seed funding led by Cumberland DRW, with participation from Decima Fund, HashKey Capital, Longling Capital, and MZ Web3 Fund. This round brings the company's total funding to over USD 8 million.
Term Structure offers a DeFi platform that enables users to lend and borrow a range of cryptocurrencies with fixed interest rates and maturity dates. The platform provides lenders with fixed-income tokens that can be redeemed for principal plus interest upon maturity or traded on secondary markets via an order book trading system. Moreover, the company leverages the “zkTrue-up," a customized zero-knowledge scaling technology, to secure users’ assets and enable users to place and cancel orders without paying gas fees.
