Nth Cycle, a critical metals recycling and refining company, raised USD 37 million in Series B funding and an additional USD 7 million in non-dilutive financing in a funding round led by VoLo Earth Ventures, with MM Catalyst Fund I, Caterpillar Venture Capital, and Equinor Ventures participating.
The funds will be used to commercialize Nth Cycle's initiatives by constructing a new partner testing facility, growing its commercial team, and expanding its headquarters. Nth Cycle recently announced that it would be the first US company to offer a domestic supply of nickel mixed hydroxide product (Ni MHP) to help establish a domestic critical metal supply, which will be crucial to expanding US electrification infrastructure.
