Nature's Fynd, a Chicago-based plant-based food company, has launched a new dairy-free yogurt made from its fungi-based protein, Fy, available at Whole Foods stores across the US.
The new yogurt, claimed to be the world’s first fungi-based yogurt, is available in strawberry, peach, and vanilla flavors. According to the company, it offers 8 g of protein, 4 g of fiber, live active cultures, and is free from gluten, soy, and nuts.
