ChoViva, a brand of Planet A Foods, a Germany-based startup that creates cocoa-free chocolate through precision fermentation of oats and sunflower seeds, has partnered with Lindt to introduce a limited-edition chocolate bar for Veganuary, a month-long plant-based food challenge in January.
The new chocolate bar would be called "Soft & Creamy Hazelnut," featuring ChoViva hazelnut and oat cream filling with hazelnut and oat cookie pieces coated with Lindt's Hello Vegan chocolate.
