BlueVoyant raises USD 140 million in Series E; acquires Conquest Cyber

M&A
Funding

  • BlueVoyant, a provider of managed cybersecurity services, has closed a Series E funding round, raising USD 140 million. The round was led by Liberty Strategic Capital and ISTARI and brings BlueVoyant's total funding to USD 665.5 million, raised in five rounds. The funding was accompanied by the news that BlueVoyant has acquired critical infrastructure security provider Conquest Cyber.

  • BlueVoyant reportedly plans to incorporate Conquest’s technology into its existing products to deliver a comprehensive internal and external cybersecurity solution mapped to cyber risk maturity.

  • Conquest Cyber develops SaaS platforms to help protect critical infrastructure with a focus on the defense industrial base, state and local governments, and the federal sector. The company's technology is designed to enable a unified approach to an organization’s cyber risk management, integrating posture, compliance, detection, and response through its flagship product, ARMED ATK.
