ZeroAvia and ScottishPower partner to develop low-carbon hydrogen supply at airports

Partnerships

  • ZeroAvia, a hydrogen-based aviation solutions developer, has partnered with ScottishPower, a UK-based energy generation company, to provide a low-carbon hydrogen supply in key airport locations.

  • The partnership aims to establish airport hydrogen supply systems and financing models to decarbonize the aviation industry.

  • In addition, ScottishPower intends to support ZeroAvia sites within its distribution region, with clean power needs and hydrogen production infrastructure. Their partnership will initiate from sites in Scotland, North West England, and North Wales.
