DNAnexus and Intelliseq partner to accelerate genome interpretation and clinical reporting

Partnerships

  • AI data analytics company DNAnexus has partnered with genome informatics firm Intelliseq to enhance variant interpretation and clinical reporting.

  • The partnership will add ntelliseq’s genome interpretation and reporting services to DNAnexus's Precision Health Data Cloud to enhance next-generation sequencing data analysis. The solution is expected to provide important insights into various fields of biomedicine, including the study of somatic cancers, hereditary diseases, and precision medicine. The addition of Intelliseq’s GeneSpect Pharmacogenomics and Polygenic Risk Score Reporters to the platform is planned for early 2024.
