Zeotap and Illuma partner to launch targeted advertising solution

  • Zeotap, a customer data platform (CDP), and Illuma, an AI-driven expansion and optimization corporation, have partnered to develop advertising solutions that address the void left by the elimination of third-party cookies.

  • The key attributes of this collaboration include two forms of targeting: Audience and Contextual. Audience targeting focuses on specific groups of people, while contextual targeting focuses on the type of content viewed by those groups. This strategy is complemented by Illuma's machine learning, which provides insights into audience behavior within 48 hours to better understand how audiences interact with online content.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Zeotap's partnership with Illuma represents a strategic approach to addressing the challenges posed by the impending phase-out of third-party cookies. In light of Google's plan to phase out third-party cookies in Chrome, this partnership positions Zeotap to navigate the evolving digital advertising landscape and deliver continued relevance and engagement with audiences at scale.
