PredictAP, an accounts payable automation solutions provider, has raised USD 8 million in a Series A funding round led by RET Ventures, with participation from Wise Ventures.
The fund will be allocated to expand into new regions with the integration of Yardi, a property management software. Additionally, the company will integrate real estate platforms, such as Nexus, RealPage, and Entrata.

The company reportedly caters to over 50 real estate companies, which jointly process over two million invoices per annum.
