PredictAP raised USD 8 million in Series A funding to expand into new regions

Funding

  • PredictAP, an accounts payable automation solutions provider, has raised USD 8 million in a Series A funding round led by RET Ventures, with participation from Wise Ventures.

  • The fund will be allocated to expand into new regions with the integration of Yardi, a property management software. Additionally, the company will integrate real estate platforms, such as Nexus, RealPage, and Entrata.

  • Based in the US, PredictAP adopts AI to automate accounts payable and payment processing for large real estate investment companies across residential, commercial, and senior living asset classes. The company utilizes historical invoice data to code new invoices, reportedly reducing invoice processing time by 80%–90% and saving costs in the AP process. The company reportedly caters to over 50 real estate companies, which jointly process over two million invoices per annum.
