Matter Labs and iCandy collaborate to develop dedicated Web3 gaming and AI layer-2 hyperchain

Partnerships

Matter Labs, developer of the zkSync scaling solution for Ethereum, collaborated with iCandy Interactive, a game developer, to create zkCandy, a dedicated zkSync gaming and AI-focused layer-2 hyperchain.
The hyperchain will be constructed utilizing Matter Labs' zero-knowledge (zk) stack framework. The company will offer technological expertise and engineering support to ensure that it is optimized for Web3 gaming.
Moreover, the two companies will establish a new company called “zkCandy Limited” to invest resources and capital jointly to build an ecosystem around the zkCandy hyperchain.
Based in Australia, iCandy Interactive is an established independent game developer with over 400 million mobile game downloads and a presence in Web2 and Web3 games.
