OctaiPipe, a federated learning operations (FL-Ops) company, has raised GBP 3 million (~USD 3.8 million) in pre-Series A financing led by SuperSeed, with participation from Forward Partners and D2, among others. The company also received a GBP 500,000 (~USD 635,698) grant from Innovate UK.
The funds will be utilized to enhance OctaiPipe's proprietary Federated Learning technology and expand the accessibility of its platform to IoT-reliant critical industries, such as energy, utilities, telecommunications, and security.
The OctaiPipe platform, which is available as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Private Cloud platform-as-a-service (PaaS), is currently being used by over 20 customers and device OEMs.
