Yumgo partners with Nichifutsu Boeki K.K to distribute egg alternatives in Japan

  • Yumgo, a French company specializing in egg alternatives, has partnered with Japanese distributor Nichifutsu Boeki K.K., to distribute YUMGO's products in Japan.

  • As a part of this partnership, Nichifutsu Boeki K.K is working with several ambassador chefs to develop recipes using Yumgo’s egg substitute and promote Yumgo in Japan and the wider region.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Yumgo's product portfolio includes whole egg, egg white, and egg yolk alternatives made primarily using potato starch, acacia fiber, and linen fiber. These are available in powdered and liquid formats in the US, Canada, and several European countries.
