OpenAI has expanded the capability of its AI chatbot front end, ChatGPT, allowing paid users to incorporate GPTs into their conversations.
The new feature allows users to assign GPTs by simply typing "@" and selecting the desired GPT. It allows the user to maintain the context of the preceding conversation while switching between various GPTs.
Analyst QuickTake: OpenAI launched the GPT store earlier this month, allowing ChatGPT paid users to create custom chatbots. The new feature to add GPTs to chat is expected to improve the conversation's relevance and personalization, draw in more users, and support the company’s plan to introduce monetization for developers by selling access to their GPTs.
