Cloud and network security vendor Check Point has launched Infinity AI Copilot, an GenAI-powered chatbot integrated with its unified Check Point Infinity platform designed to automate tasks and alleviate pressure on organizations' security teams.

Check Point says its Copilot is trained on over 30 years of its amassed cybersecurity intelligence. The AI assistant provides cybersecurity teams administrative and analytics support alongside security task automation and proactive threat management capabilities, targeting the ongoing global cybersecurity skills shortage.

The company is positioning this update to its Infinity platform as a redefinition of its portfolio, incorporating network, endpoint, and cloud protection solutions including its single-vendor Quantum SASE solution, powered by recnt acquisition Perimeter 81 . 

Check Point also recently launched a revamped partner program, offering simplified tiering and certifications.

Analyst QuickTake: Check Point’s AI Copilot is the most recent in a string of cybersecurity GenAI integrations over the last year, with other notable examples being Fortinet Advisor in December 2023 and SentinelOne ’s GenAI assistant in November.
