Analog, a blockchain interoperability protocol, raised USD 16 million in a seed and strategic funding round. The funding was led by Tribe Capital, with participation from NGC Ventures, Wintermute, GSR, and NEAR, among others. Its post-money valuation now stands at USD 120 million.
The fresh funds will be utilized to launch Analog's public incentivized testnet by the end of the first quarter or early in the second quarter, followed by the mainnet launch expected in the late second quarter. Additionally, the funds will be used to expand its current workforce of 30 members.
Founded in 2021, Analog develops cross-chain communication tools for interoperability across various blockchain networks. Its products include Timechain, a Rust-based blockchain hosting validator; Analog Watcha toolkit created to index and send on-chain data to other chains, enabling developers to build cross-chain dApps; and Timegraph SDK and API, a suite of tools for developing cross-chain dApps.
