Carbon Robotics, a smart farming startup that develops robots to improve crop yield, has launched Track LaserWeeder, a new model of LaserWeeder, and two software enhancements: Spatial data intelligence and multi-language support.
Track LaserWeeder, developed in collaboration with Soucy and GK Machine, features a custom track system designed to operate in a variety of soil types, including muck. The first units will be available for delivery from March 2024.
Spatial data intelligence through the Carbon Ops Center would provide access to field, crop, and weed metrics, including stand count, density, type, average size, and distribution.
The intuitive iPad operator app would support seven additional languages, including Spanish, French, German, Danish, Dutch, Polish, and Romanian.
