Cargill and ENOUGH expand partnership to offer innovative alternative protein solutions

Partnerships

  • ENOUGH, a plant-based ingredient producer specializing in mycoprotein, and Cargill, a global food corporation, have expanded their partnership to offer consumers innovative and sustainable alternative protein options.

  • Cargill will participate in ENOUGH’s Series C funding and co-create alternative foods by leveraging ABUNDA mycoprotein as a part of the expansion. Further, it will help ENOUGH market its mycoprotein and provide technical expertise to help the company rapidly scale in Europe and beyond.

  • Analyst QuickTake: ENOUGH’s mycoprotein facility is co-located alongside a Cargill facility in Sas van Gent, Netherlands, and uses feedstock from Cargill to grow its ABUNDA mycoprotein. ENOUGH has previously provided its ABUNDA mycoprotein to large companies like Marks & Spence and Unilever for their plant-based food ranges.
