LangChain, a startup known for facilitating the creation of large language model (LLM) applications, has secured USD 25 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Sequoia Capital.
The funds raised will be employed to expand the capacity of LangChain's recently launched product, LangSmith. Various functionalities will be added in the near future, aimed at enhancing user experience and performance.
Langchain currently has a customer base of more than 5,000 companies per month, which includes reputable corporations like Rakuten and Elastic. LangChain provides developers with a platform and tools necessary for the development, deployment, and monitoring of LLM-powered applications.
