Eve Air Mobility signs MoU with Yugo to explore UAM in Southeast Asia

Partnerships

  • Eve Air Mobility, a company developing next-gen Urban Air Mobility (UAM) solutions, has signed an MoU with Yugo Global Industries, a Singaporean aviation company, to explore the potential for UAM and eVTOL flights in Southeast Asia.

  • This collaboration will allow the two companies to study the prospects of infrastructure requirements to support eVTOL operations, including regulations. In addition, Eve and Yugo will continue to analyze the service center, vertiport size and capabilities, ground handling, and other areas.

  • Yugo’s network includes leading regional air transport providers, such as PhilJets in the Philippines and Helistar in Cambodia. Yogu’s existing partner network will allow Eve to explore eVTOL development in Southeast Asia further.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Eve previously partnered with Ascent, a next-gen UAM ecosystem developer, to explore UAM in the Asia-Pacific region.
