Circonus specializes in data observability tools for monitoring and analyzing telemetry data, with products like IRONdb and Passport being integrated into Apica's platform for enhanced active observability.

Analyst QuickTake: This is Apica’s second acquisition in six months. In August 2023, it acquired Logiq.ai, a cloud-native enterprise data observability and analysis platform. Before the acquisition, Circonus had secured USD 16.8 million and had a roster of enterprise clients spanning various industries, such as HBO, Major League Baseball, Webex, Xandr, and Backtrace.
