Product updates
Partnerships

  • Adyen, a payment infrastructure provider, has partnered with German-based Billie, a B2B BNPL provider, to enable flexible payment methods for businesses across Europe via Adyen's platform.

  • Through this partnership, Adyen plans to leverage Billie's B2B BNPL solution to allow online merchants and marketplaces on Adyen's platform to offer flexible payment options for purchases and defer payments for up to 30 days while merchants receive immediate payment.

  • The integrated flexible payment offering will be launched in Germany, Austria, Sweden, and the Netherlands, with plans to expand to France, the UK, and Switzerland over the coming months.

  • Analyst QuickTake: Today’s partnership news comes less than three weeks after Adyen partnered with BILL to offer card issuing capabilities tailored to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and two months after Adyen partnered with Klarna to offer merchant banking services to simplify Klarna’s card payments between its customers and retail partners.
