Lilium, a Nasdaq-listed eVTOL jet developer, has established Lilium POWER-ON, the eVTOL industry's first customer service organization. Senior Lilium executive Dominique Decard will head the new business unit.
Lilium POWER-ON will offer a full suite of aircraft manufacturer services to test the full range of products and services to support flight testing campaigns.
The company’s customers will be provided with access to training services, maintenance operations, material and battery management and global distribution, flight operations support, ground service equipment, and digital solutions.
Analyst QuickTake: The company began work on Lilium POWER-ON, two years before Lilium Jet’s expected entry into service. Lilium has announced multiple partnerships to back its customer services business, which includes flight training with Lufthansa Aviation Training and FlightSafety International , global material services with AJW Group , and digital aircraft health management solutions with Palantir.
