Octopus Deploy, a continuous delivery solutions provider, has acquired Codefresh Inc., a leading expert in Kubernetes continuous delivery, GitOps, and CI. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

Following the acquisition, Octopus aims to strengthen support for Kubernetes while expanding its continuous delivery platform for enterprise-scale applications. It hopes to enhance its services by incorporating Codefresh's technology and expertise. The unified platform will tackle long-standing issues enterprises often encounter with continuous delivery pipelines.
