Appian, a business process automation platform, has partnered with Symphony, a provider of financial services workflow management solutions, to offer secure communication solutions and automated processes to financial institutions.
The partnership will enable users to embed auditable omnichannel communications on several popular platforms into their workflows on the Appian platform. This includes messaging and voice networks such as WhatsApp, WeChat, and SMS.
Moreover, the company stated that the Symphony messaging solution will be offered to users on Appian’s application marketplace.
