Payhawk, a platform offering business expense card and payout management, plans to increase its headcount by 44% in the UK due to its performance in 2023 and the acquisition of new licenses.
The company reported a SaaS revenue growth of 89.4% YoY in 2023. Meanwhile, net revenue retention of new customers in 2023 was 151%.
Moreover, Payhawk hired Maor Fishman as general counsel, David Ward as SVP of customer success, and Pedro Batista as VP of payments and operations to its executive board.
Analyst QuickTake: This expansion plan comes on the heels of Payhawk obtaining an electronic money institution (EMI) license in the UK from the financial conduct authority (FCA) earlier this year.
