Joby Aviation, an NYSE-listed eVTOL developer, has acquired a facility at Dayton International Airport and has begun hiring activities to initiate its manufacturing operations in Dayton, Ohio.
This facility will begin producing aircraft parts later this year to support Joby’s pilot production line in Marina, California.
The new facility will allow Joby to expand its manufacturing capabilities to produce up to 500 eVTOL aircraft annually in Dayton.
