FÆRM, a Denmark-based food technology company specializing in plant-based cheese products, has received a EUR 1.3 million (~USD 1.4 million) convertible loan from BioInnovation Institute (BII) through its Venture House program.
The funding will support the company’s next phase of growth via the Venture House program. This program encompasses four executive sprints specialized in various development areas to mature the project and attract additional financing.
FÆRM, founded in 2020, has developed a patented technology to produce plant-based cheese alternatives that leverage traditional dairy cheese-making processes. The company operates with a B2B model, providing its proprietary method to food producers and dairy plants interested in expanding their plant-based offerings.
