OpenEnvoy launches new AI model to streamline payment processing; announces partnership with NetSuite

Product updates

  • OpenEnvoy, a finance and accounts payable automation service provider, has launched a new AI model to streamline clerical work and combat fraud in invoice processing. The release also includes a commercial partnership with NetSuite, a cloud computing company, and a refreshed brand identity.

  • The new AI model is trained on finance data from various industries, providing accurate general ledger coding at the invoice level without needing purchase orders. This feature also handles non-purchase order invoices, matching them to supplier bids and other records. After this, the processed invoices are sent through ERP systems like NetSuite or procure-to-pay for payment.

  • The firm claims the AI model will capture 100% of supplier invoices, including global customers in a cost-effective manner, enabling finance teams to focus on more important decisions.
