OpenEnvoy, a finance and accounts payable automation service provider, has launched a new AI model to streamline clerical work and combat fraud in invoice processing. The release also includes a commercial partnership with NetSuite, a cloud computing company, and a refreshed brand identity.
The new AI model is trained on finance data from various industries, providing accurate general ledger coding at the invoice level without needing purchase orders. This feature also handles non-purchase order invoices, matching them to supplier bids and other records. After this, the processed invoices are sent through ERP systems like NetSuite or procure-to-pay for payment.
The firm claims the AI model will capture 100% of supplier invoices, including global customers in a cost-effective manner, enabling finance teams to focus on more important decisions.
