 <p>The tokens that were sold come from an unallocated part of the OP Token treasury. These tokens were specifically put aside to serve as working capital. They also come with a two-year vesting period before full ownership is granted.</p>
 <p>The buyer has the ability to delegate the tokens to third parties not affiliated with them. These independent third parties will be allowed to participate in governance decisions.
