The new security offerings will allow users to speculate on anticipated price movements without owning the underlying asset and deploy investment strategies to speculate on major economic events and assets. WeBull currently provides the offering in the US, with plans to expand to global markets.
Analyst QuickTake: WeBull has recently announced plans to go public via a SPAC deal with SK Growth Opportunities Corporation (NASDAQ: SKGR). The company has an implied pro forma enterprise value of approximately USD 7.3 billion and will be listed on Nasdaq under a new ticker symbol.
