Jupiter Intelligence partners with JLL to deliver AI-powered climate risk analytics

Partnerships

  • Jupiter Intelligence, an AI/ML-based physical climate risk analytics solution provider, has entered a strategic agreement with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), an NYSE-listed real estate and investment management company.

  • The partnership integrates Jupiter's AI-driven climate risk analytics into JLL's real estate services to provide physical climate risk modeling capabilities to enhance the latter’s decarbonization strategy solution to meet climate disclosure requirements, such as the recent US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) climate risk disclosure rule.

  • This collaboration will enable JLL to provide clients with more comprehensive insights into potential climate-related risks for properties and portfolios, facilitating informed decision-making on real estate investments, asset management strategies, and risk mitigation measures.
