Lilium, a Nasdaq-listed eVTOL jet developer, has signed an MoU with Atlantic Aviation, an aviation services company, to electrify Atlantic's existing airport infrastructure network of more than 100 fixed-based operations (FBO) to launch Lilium Jet's regional air mobility service in the US.
Atlantic operates facilities at over 30 airport locations in Lilium’s planned launch markets: Florida, Southern California, the Northeast corridor, and Texas.
The agreement ensures the compatibility of current and future vertiports with Lilium Jet and Atlantic’s network of aviation facilities throughout North America. In addition, the collaboration will focus on infrastructure provisioning, including charging capabilities, aircraft flight paths, passenger facilities, operations forecasting, and more.
