Amazon Web Services (AWS) and NVIDIA are expanding their strategic collaboration with the addition of NVIDIA's new Blackwell GPU platform, targeting advanced GenAI applications.
The collaboration elevates AI security aspects and unlocks new directions for GenAI applications in healthcare and life sciences. AWS enhanced AI security through the integration of its Nitro System and Elastic Fabric Adapter encryption with Blackwell. Moreover, Amazon EC2 offers NVIDIA Grace Blackwell instances and DGX Cloud for faster LLM development. Further, Amazon SageMaker and NVIDIA NIM integration assist customers in optimizing foundation models' price performance.
The firms claim the partnerships between AWS and NVIDIA are set to deliver high-performance infrastructure and services to enable customers to process LLMs faster, with greater scale and lower costs than previous technologies.
Further, AWS will host NVIDIA’s AI supercomputer, Project Ceiba, to foster GenAI advances in robotics, self-driving cars, and climate predictions.
